When a terminally ill Irish mob enforcer steals a box of mysterious paintings, he teams with his drag-queen-loving partner and the Gullah woman who raised him, discovering redemption in the art that transforms his life.
Kevin is an award-winning playwright, and screenwriter for his one-act plays, “Little Deaths”, “Tea, No Sympathy”. and “The Last Hooker”He also has written ten additional one-act plays based on the featured characters, Mimmy and Nora, who were introduced in “Little Deaths.” He plans to publish the twelve plays in book form. He has written two other short plays based on Irish history and mythology, “The Last Hooker” and “Over the Rainbow.” He has also written a full-length screenplay, “Painting over Rust” which was selected for the Amsterdam Lift-Off Festival and developed “Little Death’s”, and “The Last Hooker” into short screenplays. “The Last Hooker” won the grand prize for best short narrative at the Mystic Film Festival, Mystic, Ct. in September, 2024.
He has worked with Irish Actor, Barry McEvoy. And London Director Dominic Morgan on projects. His screenplay, Painting over Rust was table read in 2022 in Dublin as part of a showcase for screenwriters.
Kevin’s stories about family life are infused with a dash of mayhem and a touch of magic. His writing has been described professionally as “rip-roaring, sharp, and biting. His characters are original, intriguing, and entertaining. Kevin is no exception to the silver-tongued storytelling of the Irish.” (Amazon Review)
Kevin writes out of his home in Conway, South Carolina, where he lives with his wife, Eileen, and their beloved dog, Halle the “Hound from Hell”. Eileen has shared with him her Irish-born mother’s and aunts’ witticisms about life as the Irish see it that are sprinkled, liberally, throughout several of Kevin’s plays.

When a U.S. aid station is overrun in the Hurtgen Forest, a Jewish-American medic leads an improbable battle to save lives with the assistance of several German medics.
I have completed my MFA-Film program at the Vermont College of Fine Arts (“VCFA”) and an LGBTQ Scholarship winner. My family lived in Gloucester, England for two years which created my deep love for history, as we would visit a different castle, cathedral, or Druidic site almost every weekend. I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill on an NROTC Scholarship and served as a naval officer in both Operations Desert Storm and Iraqi Freedom.
After leaving the navy, I managed the historic ship, USS OLYMPIA in Philadelphia, and oversaw the most comprehensive restoration on that ship in forty years. In Philadelphia, I also worked three Christmases at Tiffany & Company, and assisted with the store being named in the top ten stores for 2001. Currently, I am a lawyer practicing in Virginia, and am bar licensed in three states.
My stories come from the heart, and I have completed six feature length screenplays, including three in the MFA program at VCFA. My thesis screenplay, “Soldier’s Heart,” explores PTSD and suicide in Union veterans in the years after the Civil War.

But soon, Phaedra begins to notice the stark differences between her world and Dimitris’s mafia lifestyle. She reaches out to Orestes, but he’s already preparing to leave for good. Once again, their timing is off.
Eventually, Phaedra becomes disillusioned and breaks up with Dimitris. Orestes is now far away, and Phaedra is left in melancholy. The following summer finds her again on the same bench, alone, waiting for a miracle, until it happens: Orestes shows up.
Born in Athens on 26/09/1963, I was raised in the film industry as the son of director Kostas Andritsos. I began working in film at a young age, starting as an assistant to renowned sound designer Argyris Lazarides while studying sound design. To expand my skills, I later enrolled in Stavrakos Film School to become an assistant director.
During my service in the Greek Navy, I managed an outdoor cinema and documented various events. In 1990, I began working in Greek television as a director and writer for Aperitif (Mega Channel), followed by the game show Time to Get Lucky. In 1991, I created my first TV drama series The Trast (ANT1), which aired for two seasons and was later translated for Spanish TV.
In 1992, I directed Greece’s first daily TV drama, The Shadow of Money (ANT1), followed by Fear (ERT2), both featuring well-known Greek actors. In 1993, my personal project Galazio Diamanti aired for two seasons on ANT1. Other works include Erotas ke Pathos (MEGA, 1995) and the film Choris Logo (1998).
Since 1995, I have taught scriptwriting, directing, and production at public and private film schools. I later worked on the Filmnet show Ti Paizei and adapted Les Misérables for the stage in 2002. From 2004–2008, I served as editor-in-chief of Professional Camera magazine, writing on both equipment and cinema theory.
From 2010 onward, I have written and directed for various independent theatres in Greece, including Gialino Mousiko Theatro. I am a member of the Greek Theatre Association, the Greek Directors Association, and the Greek Scriptwriters Association.

I am 32 years old. I served as a combat medic in the U.S. Army. I am also working to produce a short film and trailer based on my work. One short film ‘Phantom’ was released in January of this year that is based on the screenplay of the same name.
I have completed 4 screenplays: Black Sheep, Phantom, Skewed Blue and Lone Wolf. Black Sheep was a quarterfinalist in the StoryPros International Screenwriting Competition in 2016. Phantom won the Horror/Thriller Category at The Vail Film Festival just this month. Skewed Blue was named an Official Selection to the Beverly Hills Film Festival this month as well. Screenwriting is my passion and I hope to bring these incredible stories to life one day in feature films.
